Updates & procedures for the start of the season
Per the executive order aired on April 24th, lawn and landscape services, as we read it now, will be deemed essential as of Monday, April 27th. As much as we'd like to hit the ground running first thing Monday, we cannot rush back without making sure we are fully prepared to operate safely for our team and clients. We are working on becoming operational as of right now, and we are planning on getting back in the field no later than May 4th. In the week to come, our team will contact vendors, study CDC guidelines, complete a safety training course, and continue scheduling booked projects. As always, we will make sure to stay in communication throughout the entire process. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
We are committed to everyone's safety and well-being.
Below are some guidelines that we are requesting you follow to keep both yourself and our team safe:
-
Please remain inside the house. If we have any questions, one of our team members will call you. If you need to talk to us, please remember to practice social distancing.
-
Make sure all pets are inside, and gates and or fences are open (if possible). The less we have to touch, the better.
-
If payments are due, you'll receive a bill via email. Please do not give checks or money to any of our team members.
-
Our team members will not be allowed inside any client's house.
Sincerely,
Jeff Allison
